Introduction

oBot is a bot made up of several modules that let you keep your account under control.

General

How do I know whether the bot is running?

Set up auto-activity from the Activity panel: a countdown will appear in the browser tab title showing how long until the next refresh.

While the bot is running on one server, can I play on another one at the same time?

Yes. The browser tab where the bot is running must stay active, though.

What happens if I disable Tampermonkey?

The bot switches off; re-enabling Tampermonkey switches it back on. Note: to be safe, run an overview refresh once it is back on.

If I turn the bot on and off at will, only when I want to send attacks, expeditions or transports, is that a problem or a ban risk?

No — quite the opposite, the risk is lower because you simulate human activity better.

In private browsing, or with the bot off, attack reports are not saved.

Attack reports are only saved with the bot on and in normal browsing. Turning Tampermonkey off disables the bot and this feature with it.

I set a farming zone and enabled "Find inactive targets". The bot spies, reads all the reports and runs the first round of attacks, then stops completely. Why?

That behaviour is correct: the mode with a chosen farming zone is manual and one-shot. For a continuous attack flow, configure automatic attacks in the account settings.

How do I stop the bot from processing or deleting a specific attack or espionage report?

Mark the report (attack or espionage) as favourite: the bot will ignore it.

Attack missions

I started the attacks manually and stop the bot when one attack is left. I wait for the ships to come back and turn it on again: what happens? New

The bot resumes. With automatic attacks ticked, it waits until at least 1/4 of the slots set for attacks are free before spying and starting again.

What happens if the bot starts attacking automatically and finds more targets than I can send?

The bot attacks up to the maximum number of targets set and removes the ones already attacked, keeping the rest for the next wave. Note: if the remaining espionage reports are older than 1 hour and 30 minutes, the bot automatically spies on those targets again.

Clicking "Optimised attacks" shows the pop-up "Optimised attack coordinate list empty. Add targets to the list to use this feature!" New

Open the attack tab and add at least one target to the list.

Telegram

I was spied on but the bot did not send me a notification. Why?

The notification is only sent if, during an overview refresh, the bot sees among the events that you are being spied on at that moment. If the refresh happens after the espionage has already landed, the bot cannot detect it and does not warn you.
