Ikariam bot
Your towns grow by themselves: buildings, citizens, research and Telegram alerts
oBot for Ikariam is a Tampermonkey script that works inside the game tab: it starts the next upgrade as soon as the construction site is free, picks the next building towards the goal you choose (for example your first colony), puts citizens to work without sending your gold into the red, starts research, buys merchant ships and trains spearmen. It alerts you about attacks and full warehouses, on Telegram too.

Empire overview
The Empire tab of oBot for Ikariam: resources and gold of all towns in one table, warehouses almost full and the warnings to look at now. Free.
Citizens
Automatic citizens in oBot for Ikariam: workers in the saw mill and the luxury mine, scientists in the academy, without ever pushing gold into the red.
Research
Automatic research in oBot for Ikariam: starts the next research as soon as your scientists have the points, in the branch order you choose.
Ships

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is oBot for Ikariam free?
Mostly yes. Free: attack alarm, economy warnings, the alert when the bot stops, automatic re-entry from the lobby, empire overview, Telegram link, log and a build queue of 2 upgrades per town. Premium (same packages as oBot for OGame): unlimited queue with new buildings, automatic development with goals, automatic citizens, research, ships and army, barbarian village pillage. Every new account gets a few trial days.
Does the bot work with the browser closed?
No. The bot lives inside the game tab: an Ikariam tab must be open, even in the background.
Can I use the same Telegram chat as for OGame?
Yes. The Ikariam token is different from the OGame one, but you can send both to the same chat: you will get the alerts of both games.
Which servers does it work on?
On the Gameforge Ikariam servers (addresses *.ikariam.gameforge.com), in any game language. The bot panel is in Italian and English for now.
The bot stopped for hours: why?
Almost always because the tab was frozen: Chrome freezes background tabs (Memory Saver and Energy Saver) and a frozen page runs nothing; the same happens when the PC goes to sleep. To avoid it: keep the game tab in its own window (not among other tabs), in Chrome Settings, under Performance, add the Ikariam site to Memory Saver's «Always keep these sites active» and turn Energy Saver off, and do not let the PC sleep. Then switch on «Tell me on Telegram if the bot stops» in the Alarms tab: if the bot is silent for more than an hour the server tells you. When the tab comes back after more than 10 minutes of stop, the bot also writes it in the log.
